Evaluation of an occupational training program for job placement

Abstract

In this research we present the assessment of a job placement training program for the unem- ployed or people with social exclusion risk. Not only the contents but also the needs felt by the professors and pupils have been evaluated. The following procedures have been used to obtain data and information: self-report, interviews and questionnaires. According to the results, after the program implementation, a job placement is obtained between the 30% and 40% according to the course and community.
