Satisfacción e insatisfacción de los jefes de estudios de los centros escolares
Abstract
This paper presents a piece of research on the satisfactory level of the deputy heads of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. The article is structured in two sections. The first one displays a historical overview of the more relevant researches carried out on satisfaction in the educational and working field. The second part presents the design of the work. Different methodologies are implemented, mainly descriptive and comparative, in order to detect the satisfactory level of the Deputy Heads in each of the dimensions selected (professional realisation, personal relationships and organisation of the school structure), and to show the similitudes and differences between demographical
variables and the level of satisfaction.
