Abstract
HIGH PLACES. Using as a starting point the reference to worship in High Places mentioned in the Bible, a number of such possible sites along the Upper Euphrates in Syria are studied. Comrnon elements found in these High Places are the burials, sometimes isolated and other times near recluse (hermit) towers or small churches.Downloads
