Variables affecting the creativity of people unemployed

Abstract

In this article is evaluating the relationship between the level of creativity and variables which affect unemployment such as age, gender and period of unemployment. The creativity were explored using a sample consisted on 140 unemployed people. The results derived by application of different statistical analysis, using quantitative methodology of descriptive character, indicated that the studied mediating variables do not show any significant incidence in the creativity of people unemployed. The influence of mediating variables in the creativity of the unemployed is discussed. The work concludes with proposals for intervention and future research in the area.
