El maltrato entre alumnos: conocimientos, percepciones y actitudes de los futuros docentes
Abstract
Nowadays bullying is a known and an important matter and the teachers’ role has a enormous importance due to the suffer this problem in their professional scope. However, teachers didn’t know how to assess and intervene the phenomenon of bullying. For facing this reality in necessary to ask ourselves about the training teachers’ situation: which are their knowledge, perceptions and attitudes towards bullying, which coping strategies they have for solving the problem, which are their capacities for tackling it and what kind of training they demand. We present the results obtained with a sample of students (N=373) who belong to Elementary Education and Primary Education courses and students who are doing a post-graduated course in education (Pedagogical Aptitude Certificate). The analysis allows us to assess this students’ knowledge and attitudes towards bullying considering their sex and level where they will teach.Downloads
