De constructione: lengua y literatura técnica en las Etimologías de Isidoro de Sevilla (a propósito de unos trabajos recientes de Montero Cartelle 2001 y 2003)
Abstract
In this article I will talk about the clasification of the Etymologies of Isidorus of Seville as a «literaty product»; hence refering to them as a literary piece with in the Latin technological and scientific scene. I will specifically refer to the technical terms related to the construction site (
de constructione). This work is based upon the recents works and premises published by Montero Cartelle (2001 y 2003).
