Abstract

This article presents a study on the impact of the use of technological tools in grades at disgnostic tests in a training course aimed at flight attendants. The study was conducted comparing the results of tests performed by attendants at the start of their annual face-toface training in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Prior to perform the diagnostic tests, attendants studied with the support of a workbook on paper, but in 2015, an online course that featured technological tools such as videos, and interactive multimedia presentations on a LMS was implemented. Grades associated with the study with technological tools showed an increase over previous two years, 2013 and 2014. The inclusion of technological tools in attendants training processes could help to improve the results of evaluations and the development of specific skills required by this kind of technical personnel.
