Abstract

To understand the educational potentialities related with the Information and Communication Technologies, it is necessary to analyze and to compare the different technological devices that have intervened on the relationships and communications in other historical moments. Every society generates a package of competences that every one desire to accomplish in order to reach an efficient social-labour development. In the current Information and Knowledge Society, new competences related with the resources and the processing, are configured for treatment, management and retrieval information, both propitiated by the predominant technology internet. The concept of Reusable Learning Objects arouses new forms of interaction with the information; it is shape the necessary abilities and skills for the development of the individuals in this society.
