Abstract

This paper presents a system of tele-education manages through an agent who can deliver high quality service to students both in audio and video. This system allows real-time classes. There are several methods to model and deploy agents including artificial intelligence, fuzzy logic, game theory and theory of utility multiatribute /Multicriteria This work includes the construction of a model of agents that used the theory of utility multiatribute, to represent the interactions of various actors in the system (students, faculty, guests, etc.) in order to achieve the best quality service.
