THE CURIAS IN THE REIGN OF HONORIO (395-423 AD). TRADITION AND MUTATION
Abstract
Study of survivals and transformations of the curias of Honorio time, through analysis of the imperial laws. The destinities of the escapes of the curials are classified: army, church, senate of Constantinople, corporations, rural world. The measures decreed by the emperor to avoid the fugues are also studied. Study of imperial measures to revitalize the curias. Posing of the figure of curial as oppressed and oppressive.
