La diosa Fortuna. Relaciones con las aguas y los militares. El caso particular del balneario de Fortuna (Murcia)
Abstract
This paper deals with the different worshipping names of the goddess Fortuna, paying special attention to those connected with 'water'. Through this study it is clear that the cult of the so-called Fortuna Balnearis is the most important one among the military class in the peripheral provinces of the Roman Empire. Finally this paper analyzes the possible signs of the cult of the goddes Fortuna.
