Abstract

E-mail between teachers and students have a large role in academic communication. The article considers the formal and pragmatic aspects of netiquette. It sets out principles for handling mail. And the paper proposes a strategy of care and relevance. The teacher establishes a commitment on their communicative tasks and assigns limits to his dedication to email. The purpose of the strategies is to strengthen the positive effects of mail in university education
