Abstract

This article presents a review of works done on instructional environments that include the social web and smart mobile technology, as part of an initial research project. The main objective is to obtain information and contribution to the achievement of design, implementation, and evaluation of quality indicators for the acquisition of digital identity and individualization of learning. The population of institutions of Higher Education in Colombia and Spain will be studied. As regards methodological referents, the following aspects have been taken into account: compilation of information, consultation to authors who have studied the subject, discussed theories on formative education that help us to have elements of opinion, observation and to build questionnaires, the analysis, design and evaluation of indicators. This work contributes to obtain elements to form judgment for the design and evaluation of quality indicators which allow the implementation of instructional environments or the redesign of the existing ones, integrated with the social web and mobile devices.
