Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • ● The submission has not previously been published nor has it previously been sent to another journal (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the editor).
  • The sent file is in Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect format.
  • Web addresses have been added for references where possible.
  • The text is single-spaced; the font size is 10 points; italics are used instead of underlining (except for URLs); and all illustrations, figures and tables are within the text on the site to which they belong and not at the end of it all.
  • The text complies with the bibliographic and style requirements indicated in the Guidelines for Authors, which can be found in About the Journal.
  • If you are sending to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, you must ensure that the instructions has been followeb in Securing a Blind Review .

Author Guidelines

- Texts submitted for publication must be the result of original and unpublished research. 

- Authors must adhere to the rules of presentation and publication for the submission of originals. 

- Authors must ensure that their works are original works of their own authorship.

- Authors will not submit original papers that have been previously submitted for consideration in another journal.

- The person responsible for the article to the journal, in the case of multiple authorship, must ensure that those who have contributed significantly to the conception, planning, design, execution, data collection, interpretation and discussion of the results of the work are acknowledged.

- The text of the paper should acknowledge all publications that have influenced the research in the bibliography. 

 - When an author discovers a serious error in his or her work, he or she is obliged to notify the journal.

 - Where appropriate, the original article should be accompanied by a statement that any commercial, financial or personal ties that may affect the results and conclusions of their work are acknowledged. 

These guidelines are developed in the Code of Ethics section.
