Abstract

The aim of this study was to analyze the satisfaction and quality of the São Martinho do Porto 2023 Triathlon event, considering the participants' perceptions. A total of 208 participants answered an online questionnaire, aged between 14 and 65 (mean, M = 41.29; standard deviation, SD = 11.28), 71% of whom were male. In the Perceived Quality dimension, the score given by the participants was 4.09 (SD = 0.59), in the General Quality of Service dimension it was 4.13 (SD = 0.74), in General Satisfaction 4.37 (SD = 0.66), in the Value of Service dimension it was 4.10 (SD = 0.78) and in the Future Intentions dimension 4.46 (SD = 0.63), which corresponds to a high score in all dimensions. These data indicate that the event participants were satisfied with the event and considered it to be of high quality.
