Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • ● The submission has not previously been published nor has it previously been sent to another journal (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the editor).
  • The sent file is in Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect format.
  • Web addresses have been added for references where possible.
  • The text is single-spaced; the font size is 10 points; italics are used instead of underlining (except for URLs); and all illustrations, figures and tables are within the text on the site to which they belong and not at the end of it all.
  • The text complies with the bibliographic and style requirements indicated in the Guidelines for Authors, which can be found in About the Journal.
  • If you are sending to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, you must ensure that the instructions has been followeb in Securing a Blind Review .
  • The article includes the full first name and surname(s) of the author and of the authors listed in the final bibliography.
  • The article complies with an appropriate use of inclusive and non-sexist language.
  • The article indicates whether the research data take sex into account, in order to allow the identification of possible differences.
  • If data have been collected, processed, and analysed during the research, the corresponding dataset is included with this submission.

Author Guidelines

 

  • The texts submitted for publication must be the result of original and unpublished research.

  • Authors must adhere to the submission and publication guidelines for submitting manuscripts.

  • The authors of this article declare that they have no financial, professional, or personal conflicts of interest that could have inappropriately influenced this work.

  • Authors must ensure that their works are original creations of their own authorship.

  • Authors must indicate whether this work is the result of a research project, specifying its full title. They must also state whether it received any kind of funding or institutional support, as well as any other relevant information related to the development and execution of the study. This information must be included in a specific section prior to the bibliography.

  • Authors must not submit manuscripts that are simultaneously under consideration by another journal.

  • In order to promote transparency and proper recognition of individual contributions to research papers, authors are requested to detail the specific roles performed by each co-author when submitting their manuscript. This information must be provided by the corresponding author, who is responsible for its accuracy and for having obtained the consent of all co-authors regarding the assignment of roles.

  • The authors have followed the journal’s Code of Ethics and Editorial Policy on Gender Equality and Inclusive, Non-Sexist Language.

Contributions should be described clearly and concisely, using internationally recognized categories such as:

Conceptualization: Formulating the main idea and objectives of the study.
Methodology: Designing and developing the methodological strategy used.
Investigation: Conducting experimental activities or data collection.
Formal analysis: Applying analytical techniques to process the data.
Writing – original draft: Preparing the initial manuscript.
Writing – review and editing: Critically reviewing and editing the manuscript.
Supervision: Directing and overseeing the research project.
Funding acquisition: Managing and obtaining financial resources for the study.

This information will be included in a specific section of the article, located before the bibliography, and will be part of the article’s metadata, in accordance with international academic publishing standards.

  • All publications that have influenced the research must be acknowledged in the bibliography.

  • If an author discovers a significant error in their work, they are obliged to notify the journal.

  • If applicable, the original article must be accompanied by a statement disclosing any commercial, financial, or personal ties that may affect the results and conclusions of the work.

These guidelines are further detailed in the Code of Ethics section.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.
