Abstract
As is well known, the Numismatics of the Lower Empire constitutes one of the most problematic aspects within the whole of Roman numismatics in general. The proliferation of mints, the existence of various reforms, through which the species in circulation are demonetized and altered, introducing new ones, not always well identified in relation to the known texts, are factors that, together with the complexity of the The political system of the moment, and the historical events of the period in question, make up a complicated panorama, in which there is still room for new studies and proposals.
