BUILDING SCENARIOS FOR CREATIVE LEARNING. THE PLAYING METHOD
Abstract
This document introduces the theoretical framework, the road trip and the results of a pilot experience training trainers and workers in the transport sector, experience made to develop interpersonal skills. Advancing from constructivism, we propose a method to learn in group, called The playing method because it is based on social games experienced by the participants (trainees) during the workshop. Here, I speak about learning contents -targeted especially to training of trainersbut also on how to learn and the structure hidden in the learning process. I describe a theoretical framework that enables you to apply methods for group and creative learning, and I provide tools for trainers to adapt and build their own games. The framework of creative learning and this method of playing born from experience coaching actors of street theatre (since 1983), trainers and managers (since 1991) and applications for e-Learning (1996-2007) in different sectors and European countries; experience consolidated with the team www.formador.org (2005-2008). Initially, I used games from the circus, now are social or table games. The creative part of the game and the method proposed here are used to develop the human potential, personal autonomy, creativity and innovation, interpersonal skills, teamwork, to understand and resolve conflicts; the ability to understand and solve problems complex, the ability to learn to learn. Thus, this proposal to learn by playing in group collects over 20 years experience as trainer and complements other researches and products, many of them specific to train trainers. To learn by playing in group, we have created a package integrated by the theoretical framework, the manual Building fields of creative learning: the playing method, cards games to learn (ficha de juego) and 2 courses to train trainers in support mixed (blended - learning).Downloads
