La transmisión a la Edad Media de la ciencia médica clásica
Abstract
The present work is a conference that share part of the course «The sanitary assistance in the Middle Ages and the Renaissance», organized by the Universidad Internacional del Mar (University of Murcia) in September 2005.
The main goal of this article is study in depth the gynaecological theory that were transmitted in the Middle Ages, usin the theory of wandering womb like example of different ideas about woman body, in the older books
Corpus Hipocratico, Galeno and Sorano of Efeso.
