La escala de satisfacción laboral-versión para orientadores (ESL-VO) como recurso para la evaluación de la satisfacción laboral
Abstract
This study reports the development of the Escala de Satisfacción Laboral-Versión para Orientadores (ESL-VO) (Job Satisfaction Scale-Guidance Counsellor Edition) as an instrument to assess job satisfaction in guidance counsellors that work in pre-university levels inside formal education system. The scale assesses guidance counsellors’ job satisfaction at global, dimension, and facet level in accordance with a model elaborated on basis of spanish guidance counsellor samples. The study too discusses over psychometric properties and the information provided by the ESL-VO.Downloads
