Tendencias de la formación en las organizaciones
Abstract
This article shows the results of a descriptive study about the changes appearing in the present approach al the Organizations Training. The analysis of national and foreign significative studies in the field allowed identifing the interesting areas focused on our study. The strategy of data collection has been the interview to key informants. For that we selected a representative sample of companies in Catalonia experienced in the training in the area of Human Resources policies. For the sample were considered the size of the company and the productive sector.
The results of this research had shown the current situation and the changes that seem to appear in the dimensions tha have been considered important for the analysis. We mark these changes in the immediate future in training planification, its objectives, forms, resources, evaluation and, as result of that, the desirable competences and professional profile, linked to the functions and responsabilities of the training director or manager at the organizations.
