Análisis de las funciones del tutor sanitario
Abstract
The tutorial function in the sanitary context is getting a bigger and bigger importance inside our sanitary specialists’ formation system; together with this the tutor of the resident’s figure is also more and more important, in spite of the fact that its functions and competences have not been clearly and precisely defined , neither its professional profile. Our aim is to give an answer to this emptiness and through the beliefs and judgments of the professionals related directed or undirected to this function and belonging to a wider project about “the tutor of specialists Competences in Sciences of the Health, to define the purposes, functions and objectives of this tutorial function, taking into account these both from a realistic perspective and as an utopian, with the purpose of optimizing this function.Downloads
