Competencias interculturales transversales: su diagnóstico en equipos de trabajo de baja qualificación
Abstract
The Intercultural Competency is the professional competency that allows a good performance and integration to the multicultural company. The Model CIT of Cross Functional Intercultural Competencies describes el hole of knowledge, Behaviors and attitudes might two macro competencies: to Aware and to Cope to the requirements raised from the interculturality. This research focuses on two aims: a) To Identify the Aware Competences and b) To Cope competences on 12 multicultural team work of low level of qualification. This qualitative research has showed that the hierarchy and the norms of the organization are the most assessed competencies. In relation with the copping competency has been assessed competences of solve problems, teamwork and intercultural communication. The strategies applied by the participants in the study has been valuated by the companies as effectiveness and allowed the awareness and the study of the cultural difference and the adaptation of the performance to the new organization reality.Downloads
