Propuesta de un cuestionario de evaluación de la calidad docente universitaria consensuado entre alumnos y profesores
Abstract
The evaluation of the quality of university teaching by students is still nowadays one of the most controversial issues in the Spanish university evaluation system. Once the validity and reliability of the measures used has been demonstrated, the main concern is now focused on the use of the evaluation results by the institution since it has caused certain uneasiness among some teachers. The aim of this paper is to elaborate a student questionnaire in order to evaluate the quality of university teaching. The questionnaire includes 92 items which have been ranked in order of importance by teachers and students alike. The main result reveals a consensus on 21 items obtained after a process of analysis based on robust indicators, exploratory factorial analysis and content analysis. Other results also show the effect of order of presentation of the items in the factorial structure of the questionnaire.Downloads
