Conjunto de Datos de Investigación

Panta Rei, on the path toward Open Science, advocates for the deposit of research datasets in line with all policies, mandates, and initiatives that reveal the value of research data, as well as the importance of sharing and reusing it. Any institutional action to achieve this goal is significant.

We recommend depositing data obtained from research developed for article preparation in prestigious, discipline-specific, or general-purpose repositories. In any case, this repository must comply with the FAIR (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable) principles, allowing for unhindered query and interoperability, preferably in open access.

There are various repositories designed to store and disseminate specific data such as the results of surveys, observations, interviews, simulations, automatically collected data, samples, models, etc. Our journal has a section within the University of Murcia's institutional repository (DIGITUM) as its own infrastructure for storing and publishing these research data. The authors of the articles must provide them for the editorial committee to deposit prior to publication, with no restrictions on the transfer of these files to other repositories.

The University of Murcia Library has developed a help page for creating and publishing data sets, which must be followed for preparing them and submitting them for evaluation along with the original manuscript by our journal.
