Abstract

This article pretends to unravel to what extent Diplomatics means –in the different typological slopes which affect our study: procedural and notarial documentation- a more or less interesting contribution for the study of the documents from a philological perspective. It should also be noted that in regard to specific notarial documents, the emphasis on knowledge of discursive traditions has increased attention to a taxonomy, the document type that traditionally come only given diplomatic.
