Evaluación del impacto de la formación del profesorado universitario novel: un estudio cualitativo
Abstract
During the academic year 2001-2002, at the University of Barcelona, the Graduate Course «Innovation on University Education» was developed for beginners teachers. Once the program was finalized it was essential to know its contribution to the improvement on teaching by the beginner faculty. Through this study it was attempted, therefore, to identity and to appraise the changes, transformations, and improvements performed by the beginner faculty on their teaching practice as a consequence of their participation in the Graduate Course. The present work gathers these aspects articulated in a deferred evaluation on the impact of the Graduate Course. The methodological focus used has been qualitative/phenomenological. The evaluation criteria utilized for this study were two: benefits perceived by the faculty, and the transferability of knowledge elaborated at the course.Downloads
