Abstract

The present article will try to show some interesting conclusions derived from an investigation the academic and professional expectatives of a simple of students who are finishing tehir compulsory education. It will try to determine if there are significant differences in the academic preferences demonstrated by them and those observed in other European students. Moreover, this paper studies some of the reasons which may explain the observed situation. It also tries to propose some ideas to guide the processes of vocational orientation and intervention.
