Universalidad en los sistemas de I+D+I: Problemas y retos
Abstract
In this paper documents and international declarations are analyzed that have studied the interaction between gender and scientific research, with the purpose of to obtain the universality of research, development and innovation systems (R&D$I systems). Also, the present situation in Spain is examined, where it is detected a strong resistance to the incorporation of the women in the System of Science and Technology. In order to solve the challenges to which the 21st century faces and to reach the excellence in the scope of science and technology it is esential the development of policies that guarantee the equality between sexes, in order that our human resources are the best ones.Downloads
