Students´ retrospective look at secondary education
Abstract
This research study is focused on the assessment of university education using the opinions of graduates in Telecommunications Engineering, Odontology and Pedagogy. A total of 228 opinions of graduates of the University of Seville studying in the academic year 2003-2004 were collected by means of a telephone survey carried out two years after their graduation. The results show significant differences between the assessment given by the three groups of graduates, the reason for these differences being the different opportunities for entering the job market available to each of these disciplines. Finally, the study gives some recommendations for the improvement of university education.Downloads
