Abstract

This study presents an innovative experience linked to Practicum II of the primary school teacher, carried out in the field of emotional education. In light of the way emotion is registered in the body, it investigates emotional consciousness and its regulation from a constructivist and communicative standpoint. By linking theory to practice and identifying the value of bodily practices in processes directed toward self-discovery and personal wellbeing, the analysis demonstrates that this experience has been received positively by the participants.
