Carmen Conde, Antonio Oliver y sus colaboraciones en la Revista de Avance (La Habana, 1927-1930)
Abstract
Revista de Avance was published in Havana with the title revista de avance always in lower case, as in fact it was the subtitle of the publication, which was titrated over its four years of existence with the figure for the year: 1927, 1928, 1929 and 1930. It represented the most important project of aesthetic renewal and political concern in Cuba, as well as a place for avantgarde demonstrations of the island. Collaborations by Antonio Oliver Belmar and Carmen Conde in the magazine are studied, and the relationships between them and those responsible for the publication are analyzed in this paper, of which an interesting correspondence concerning collaborations both in the magazine is made known.
