Estrategias didácticas de enseñanza y evaluación de habilidades psicomotrices en la educación de odontología: Scoping Review
Resumo
Introdução: A Odontologia exige alto desempenho psicomotor na prática clínica, pois sua formação utiliza o método de ensino-aprendizagem baseado em competências. Isso motiva o professor a utilizar estratégias didáticas de acordo com as necessidades individuais, para as quais deve dispor de métodos capazes de desenvolver habilidades psicomotoras. Portanto, o objetivo desta revisão é analisar a literatura disponível sobre estratégias didáticas de ensino e avaliação utilizadas no ensino odontológico. Material e Métodos: Foi realizada uma busca nas bases de dados Pubmed, Scopus e Web of Science, aplicando o protocolo PRISMA-ScR, JBI e o software I.A Rayyan. Resultados: As principais estratégias de ensino são a simulação de baixa fidelidade, ecrã e recursos virtuais, enquanto as avaliativas se limitam ao diagnóstico, treino e autoavaliação. As suas caraterísticas destacam os múltiplos benefícios para o aluno, trabalhando a motricidade, a segurança e a autocrítica. Da mesma forma, favorece o trabalho docente, fornecendo informações úteis no planeamento educacional, feedback e diminuindo a sua carga na avaliação. Conclusões: As estratégias são capazes de desenvolver e/ou medir múltiplas habilidades ou conhecimentos simultaneamente. Entretanto, a escassa informação sobre sua influência na aprendizagem significativa impede sua implementação, sendo necessário que estudos futuros investiguem sua eficácia, detalhando os protocolos de aplicação para evitar dificuldades na comparação das estratégias.
