Abstract

This paper is divided into four parts. Part one opens with the historical and political dimensions of the issue. In the second section, a crucial distinction is made between three spheres: the genetic, the cultural and the universal rights one in order to deal with cosmopolitanism closely. Third pan shows, basically, its main steps: the individual, the neighbours and the human community. At last, we undertake the task of making some conclusions on the everyday living in a cosmopolitan democracy.
