Edad, experiencia laboral y tecnoestrés basal como moderadores de una breve intervención basada en la atención plena en profesionales de la tecnología: un análisis secundario de un ensayo controlado aleatorizado

Resumen

Las intervenciones basadas en mindfulness han demostrado eficacia para reducir el malestar psicológico en entornos laborales digitalizados, aunque su impacto puede variar según diferencias individuales que afectan la receptividad al cambio emocional y atencional. Este estudio analiza si variables personales (edad, género, experiencia profesional, nivel educativo, rol) y el technoestrés basal moderan la eficacia de una intervención breve basada en mindfulness sobre estrés percibido y ansiedad en profesionales tecnológicos. Se realizó un análisis secundario a partir de un ensayo clínico aleatorizado con 64 participantes (grupo intervención vs. grupo control en lista de espera), evaluados en cuatro momentos: pretest, postest y seguimientos a tres y seis meses. Se emplearon modelos mixtos con medidas repetidas para explorar interacciones entre grupo, tiempo y moderadores, y regresiones para identificar predictores diferenciales del cambio. Además, se incluyó un análisis exploratorio con un término cuadrático del technoestrés. Los participantes más jóvenes y con menor experiencia mostraron mayores reducciones en estrés y ansiedad. El rol profesional mostró una tendencia marginal a favor de perfiles técnicos, mientras que género, nivel educativo y technoestrés no actuaron como moderadores lineales. Sin embargo, el análisis cuadrático indicó un posible patrón curvilíneo, con mayores beneficios en niveles intermedios de technoestrés.
