Abstract

In this article the authors make a review about the current status concerning the research about family interaction and schizophrenia. The existing evidence about the different patterns of family communication and structure in schizophrenic families and other kind of families is analyzed. If the family disturbed relationships precede to the onset of schizophrenia is discussed too.
