Abstract

Man is a historical and social existence. The communication between men is vital and signifies to share similar linguistic and symbolical forms, in order to approach common comprehension. The communicative facet of men involves the possibility to inform and to be informed. The right to information requires: 1) the possibility to accede directly to the sources; 2) the liberty of creation and edition of informative data, also the right to receive them; 3) and, finally, the diffusion of informations and opinions. Our constitution warrants this right provided that it does not obstruct other fundamental rights
