Abstract

This article expounds the different attitudes shown by two medieval translators when rendering into Spanish the Botanic terminology included in the same work, originally written in Latin; the reason for this diversity is attributed to the different date of the translations and, mainly, to the sources available to the authors, both the source texts and the glossaries probably used.
