El léxico del discurso higienista en el siglo XIX
Abstract
A través de la prensa de la época se hace evi- dente hasta qué punto la higiene se concibe como una medicina de lo cotidiano, que re- gula tanto el ámbito de lo privado como de lo público. La higiene se percibe como sinó- nimo de modernidad y progreso, y también como fuertemente vinculada al espacio de las ciudades. En las campañas sanitarias y en las columnas higienistas de la prensa decimonó- nica, se construye un discurso con retórica y léxico propios.Downloads
