Focus and Scope
RIITE is an open and electronic journal that appear in 2016 with the purpose to promote and to share the progress in investigation in the Educational Technology area. Our interest is the dissemination in our researchs in their different phases and process giving visibility to financial and non-financial projects, studies, experiences, essays and reviews in relation with the area. The journal has a semester-long character (June and December).
This Project appears connected to the Educational Technology Interuniversitary Doctorate and the Educational Technology Interuniversitary Master’s degree: e-Learning and Managment Knowledge, in these programs participate four Universities: Rovira i Virgili, Islas Baleares, Lérida and Murcia.
The journal editing team is GITE (Grupo de Investigación de Tecnología Educativa) in the University of Murcia. They are responsable of both formative programs: Doctorate and Master’s degree in the same University.

Interoperability Protocol
The journal provides an OAI-PMH (Open Archives Initiative – Protocol for Metadata Harvesting) interface that enables its content to be harvested by other distribution systems, such as digital repositories and harvesters.

Digital preservation policies
All journals published by the University of Murcia are hosted in the institutional repository DIGITUM (digitum.um.es). Authors are permitted and encouraged to deposit their works published in RIITE in other repositories, as this promotes their circulation, dissemination and preservation.
