Abstract
This paper deals with the vinculum between Rethorics and Philosophy in Giambattista Vicco’s and Ernesto Grassi’s works, opposing the antihumanistic criticism of authors such as Martin Heidegger. For both italian critics, and based in the renacentist recovery of rethoric humanism (Petrarca, Vives...), such relationship constitutes a privileged way to achieve a real humanistic wisdom that lets Philology and Rethoric acquire a philosophical rank.Downloads
