LOS POETAS DE CÁNTICO Y LA GENERACIÓN DEL 27
Abstract
The group from Cordoba Cántico formed by Ricardo Molina and Pablo García Baena amongst others, endeavoured to recover the poetic tradition initiated by the "1927 Generation". This resulted in 3 different steps: 1st to offer the memebers of the "1927 Generation" to contribute to the publications of original works, 2nd: to publicize special editions of the magazine honoring specific writers such as it was done with the works of Luis Cernuda and 3rd: Invite them to participate in the cultural live of Cordoba through conferences and literary meetings organized by the Cántico Poets themselves. This research pretends to acknowledge each of these initiatives, based on documents like the invaluable, yet unpublished, correspondance between Molina and other members of the "1927 Generation"Downloads
