La Dorotea de Juan Rulfo: un capítulo del género de los sueños
Abstract
The article studies the character of Dorotea, «la Cuarraca», one of the most important female characters in Juan Rulfo ́s novel, Pedro Páramo. The story of her dreams and her physical connection with Juan Preciado in a same grave of Comala, turns her into one of the voices or murmurs of bigger transcendence into the novel. The study of her symbolic, structural and narrative functions into the text determines a central chapter in the history of the «literary genre» of the dreams.Downloads
