Onetti: una poética del olor y el tabaco
Abstract
This piece of writing attempts to follow Onetti’s images sustained on a phenomenology of sensitivity in order to illustrate how his narrative nourishes on the poetics of smell as a trigger of memory, imagination and fiction. As if smell, particularly that of combustion and tobacco smoke were a “vast province of Being”, that transforms space in a fluency of time, as it centrally happens in “La vida breve”, “El pozo” o “Dejemos hablar al viento”.Downloads
