Abstract

Since John Rawls wrote his acquaintance A Theory Justice, in the English-speaking world an important fact took place: the justica was a fundamental topic in the studies and researches of moral philosophy and politics, a question continually debated. However, the jurists remained the margin this general concern. Only for about three lustrum began to elaborate a theory of the justice for the jurists, with the purpose of explaining fundamental questions which are concern directly in the Law System, the Legal Theory and the activity of lawyers. In the work are shown four differents ways which the jurists have tried to give answer to the question of why and how distribute, and they also seek to justify an important fact: the assignment of goods and resources.
