Abstract

This article studes the racial segregation and xenophobia inside the technoindustrial development of the XXth century. It analises the policy corresponding to these social technologies which shape the behaviour of theif citizens: the beginning of the biopower of racialism and the public health (Foucault), the fascist totalitarianism (Wittgenstein) and the capitalist apartheid (Negri). They are confronted, as case studies of technologies of apartheid, with three actual and different examples: South Africa, Northern Ireland and Chiapas.
