Abstract

The conciliarism, as a current that makes the individuality prevail, happens before some of the Basic theses of the reform and with it, it provides the Basic conceptual implements for the irruption of the philosophical scepticism. The revitalization of Marsilio de Padua´s Aristotles´ Politics provides a theoretical support enough for the emergence of the modern man. In the article, the schism reasons are also studied in a synthetic way. Where is the truth? Who do we have to obey to? Who is the pontifical authority that will proclaim the faith and custom proposition? The papal infability question against the news sceptic attitude and the rupture of the idea of Christianity is the essential structure of the basic theses of the article.
