Abstract

This paper states that the epistemological and axiological concepts more relevant for science manifest different degrees. This goes for «objectivity», «subjectivity», «intersubjectivity», and, which is more important, also for the concept of «reality». Human beings and societies do not face an unique and given world, but different degrees of reality. Part of this reality, as the «virtual reality», is artifitial. The paper sustain that the technologies of information and communication contribute to the expansion of real world by distinguishing three realms of the human being: the physis, the polis and the electronical space.
