Abstract

In this article we present a proposal of a system of psychological performance under the approaches settled down by the complementarity of the different figures that participate in the development of a sport entity framed in this sport, from their different areas and levels. From a brief description of the most outstanding factors that are present in the development of the psychology of the soccer, we describe some operative and specific rules of psychological performance in which as much aspects of direct intervention as aspects of indirect intervention are included, coordinated from the vision of the attainment of a systematic integral performance, and outlined in all moment like a tool "to the service" of the directive one and of the technical. In relation to this model we present the objectives that it pursues, the parameters of their planning, the procedures and action rules for their development, the basic guidelines of their methodology, and the complementation ways, coordination and integration that the same one can settle down in relation to the development and growth of the global sport entity. As a result we obtain the proposal of an operative and specific system of psychological performance of the environment that occupies us, from all the participant staments in the development of the club.
