DRUG USE AN ADOLESCENT SAMPLE

Abstract

In the following record a study of the behaviour of drug abuse in a sample of 1037 adolescent students from public schools in Valencia (Spain). An instrument had been developed to measure the consumption of several psychoactive substances by the adolescents. Results have shown that a high prevalence of adolescent’s present regular alcohol drinks consumption, especially during weekends. Also there are important prevalence between adolescents who consume cannabis (11%) and hallucinogens (8,8%).
